PDCI is part of the Intiative for Peacebuilding (IfP), a consortium of international NGOs, which have joined together to develop and promote international knowledge and expertise on cross-cutting issues accross four continents in the field of conflict prevention and peace building.

Peacebuilding is an overall objective for the partners of PDCI. The centers are constantly implementing and exchanging best practices of peacebuilding.

In Brussels, PDCI participated in the drafting of country reports about how peacebuilding is integrated into ODA. Based on the lessons learned, a seminar including a roundtable was organised on April the 7th of 2009 in Brussels. We are now working on the drafting of a manual for policy makers to share the lessons learned. To learn more about this, please click here.
